Drank Saturday now a mess

So I went out Saturday night for my birthday and now my anxiety is sky high again.

Just finishing a mental period which was very heavy and now I'm paranoid I can see blood in my wee! Think I'm going crazy

      No I didn't. I never do. It's Lways worse after I've drank. I can't cope with this feeling. I was doing so well too

      Drink never works glad you recognize that

      I wouldn't worry drink plenty of water fruit teas to flush yourself through

      you are usually v poorly if you had blood in your urine and wouldn't be worrying about paranoia
