Hey ladies and gents. Haven't posted in this on a few weeks. Hope all is well. Today has been a horrible end to the day. Last night I had some horrific nightmares, woke up went to work as normal didn't think anything of it. But as he day went on I started feeling a panic attack brewing strange feeling but I can't sometimes tell when they're going to come. Anyway had a mini attack wasn't no biggie but I have felt rotten and feeling all he horrible things you get. Now has anyone ever had a dream that's started it all of again I've had a really good few weeks but I have slammed back down just today. I also have my first psychology session with completely new people tomorrow maybe it's a build up of it all but still feeling horrid tonight.

Hi Jordan. I've had some truly scary dreams on a regular basis whilst I've been on Citalopram but just recently I've started listening to meditation tracks on youtube that last for about 8 hours, I've found that I don't seem to be having the really weird dreams when I have some calming music/ noise on while I sleep. Might be worth a try???

I am going to try that because this happens to me quite often but I do not know why?

If I have a bad dream I am scared about going to bed the following night!!!
