drenching night sweats for 3 years...lymphoma? please help x

Im 38 and have experienced drenching night sweats for about 3 years. Ive recently had some blood tests which showed my esr levels are elevated. Im due to have them checked again soon to see if theyre still elevated. I know both are symptoms of lymphoma but does anyone know if i could have these sweats for 3 years if it was that? I also have blood spots on my stomach and chest. Thank you x

    Check babesiosis. It's tick-borne, like Lyme, but acts more like malaria. Because it is an infection and can cause inflammation it can also elevate the sed rate. Just one thought.

    Hiya, I'm in a similar position myself - drenching night sweats, swollen neck glands, its been like this since way before xmas. I have blood tests and an xray on 8th April...it was the doctor who said about hodgkins and that she wanted to do the tests to rule it out.  I also get itchy on my right side after drinking alcohol, and often get a rash there...is your rash itchy? Have you had a check up with the doctor yet? I'd love to know how you get on. x
