Dried fruit

Hello all, just a quick question, can I eat dried fruit whilst taking orlistat?

    Hi Paul, I'd imagine so but be careful not to eat too much as although I assume there's not much fat they will be high in sugar. It might be worth checking the packet to see the nutritional info.

    How's your week going? When do you weigh in? I lost 9lbs this week!

      Hope u don't mind but I see everyone loosing weight 8lb n I wonder what I'm doing wrong I take each tablet half hour before each meal I eat breakfast ...cereal ...lunch crackers..or small amount of fruit with low fat yogurt ect dinner salad with some sort of meat chicken breast ..fish...tuna...ect I drink water tea n don't snack between meals ....n I'm loosing 1.2 pound a week am I going wrong any were please xxx

    I find that if I'm not sure I Google tell question I think you can eat what you want as it's come in calories of your diet n low fat good luck x
