Hi there, The key is to drink room temperature water. Cold or hot water are reflux triggers for me. I am constantly warming water slightly in the microwave. It makes a huge difference. I also recommend not drinking much of anything with meals, and then just sipping some tepid water after eating. It can take awhile to get used to this (I still miss cold water!) but it is well worth trying.

thank you, yeah i sometimes leave out my drinking water from the fridge to room temp for an hour or two and it does help. but i love my tea with meals☕. i wonder if some stomach issues would be averse to drinking water or maybe some sort of allergy? amazing how we are all told to drink plenty of water and some of cannot.
