Drop sink sensation in chest. Does anybody experience this

hi does anyone or as had a sensation were you can feel a drop sink sensation in chest

    Hello

    I think I know what you mean. I have these sensations in my chest that feel almost like my heart has stopped and for a split second it feels like i might collapse, it does feel like a dropping sensation similar to what you would feel in your stomach on a roller coaster.
