Hi my dr sent me for xrays on my knees due to pain, but when i went for results he told me i had dropped knees ,but didnt explain what he meant, i cant find any information about dropped knees can any one tell me what it means

I wonder if he meant dropped knee cap? I've never heard of a dropped knee unless he means that the femur has dropped down towards the tibia due to loss of cartilage. Maybe someone else will know otherwise you might need to contact the surgeon to ask them.
