Dropping things

Posted , 4 users are following.

I have carpal tunnel syndrome as well as CS.  I tend to drop things alot which is most annoying.  Don't ask how much stuff I have to clean up from the kitchen floor from time to time because something slipped out of my fingers.  Sometime even the fork I am eating with clanks down to the plate  or something I reach for on the counter drops back to the counter and it takes a 2nd try to get.   Do any of you have this symptom with your  CS?  Thanks in advance !  smile

hi ada 555......... My clumsiness is not as amrked as yours, soemtimes when i put say paperwork or a paper on the table it falls off, hand movements have broken two wine glasses! not expensive ones........ and writing is a bit scrawly, sometimes balance is affected but very very mild, i do not fall over..........

mine is csm with spinal cord change - so advised top have the ' fusion ' in a few weeks time - very worried though, as i went for spinal stenosis which can only be done after the neck discs..... this leaves me in some discomfort... can only walk a few hundred yards before i need to sit. which is then fine. standing still - awful calf burning..........

    kind regards A

    Hi

My hands are terrible. I drop everything. We just buy cheap glasses from.Morrison's now as I keep dropping them. Hands get numb sore and pins, and needles.

Difficult to pick things up fasten buttons zips and belts. Been like that for a while

Now. Pain when using my hands constantly. Have to get partner to fasten zips on dresses etc for me. Very frustrating but not a lot we can do about it. Take care.
