Drs can't help

I'm looking for some help.

I've had pcos since I was 16 I'm now 28. Up until few years a go I was on dianette no issues it helped with  the hirutism and acne. They did tell me at 16 I would be lucky to conceive due to my condition.

They then decided due  to my weight I couldn't have dianette  I tried other  mini pills which didn't work for me and then they realised I shouldn't actually be on mini pills as I am also on topiramate for migraines and this stops the mini pills working. I was told only options available to me were injection or copper coil.

The injection gave me really bad mood swings and weight gain. So I'm off that now.  I had lost  5 stone but put 1 back on due to the injection. 

So I am trying to lose weight desperately.

 I've now got the copper coil. But I've not stopped bleeding for 4 months!!

They state I need to be on contraception due to risks from the topiramate but can't offer me any solutions. Can any one help ? I'm desperate
