Drug combo: Fluoxetine, mirtazapine and bupropion

I'm a male in my thirties and I've been on mirtazapine and pregabalin for a long time. I've just started weaning myself off the pregabalin and have started taking this triple combo. I'll use the brand names here so more people find this entry in google!! - Prozac, Remeron and Wellbutrin/Zyban.

Does anyone have experience of this combination? I'm particularly concerned about sexual side effects. Apparently mirtazapine stops the fluoxetine from causing sexual dysfunction...and bupropion doesn't cause sexual dysfunction in the first place. I need this combination to work as I'm at rock bottom - but cannot put even more pressure on my relationship by having no libido etc.

      Thanks Deborah.

Do you mind telling me how much of both you take? I'm taking 20mg of fluoxetine (two weeks tomorrow) and 30mg of mirtazapine. The bupropion appears to suppress a lot of the hunger pangs that come with mirtazapine. I've read that the higher the dose of mirtazapine the less likely you are to experience sexual dysfunction from the fluoxetine so I might go up to 45mg of mirtazapine.

I take 15mg flux and 30mg mirtz. I have been taking them for nearly 6 months, but I will be tethering off mirtz at the end of May.
