It seems that I have always had some sort of hypersensitivity to most prescription drugs, but now that I have Lupus it seems that it has exacerbated the problem and now I am overly sensitive to literally everything. Any one else dealing with this?

I have this with Behcets which is very similar to Lupus and lots of fellow vasculitis sufferers have the same issue. I don't know why it is so but even our specialists acknowledge this is the case.

I have developed sensitivity to all adhesive dressings and surgical tapes. I have had a problem with metals for years but this seems worse lately, I had a major reaction to Iodine on my skin, it was like a chemical blistering burn type rash, painfully itchy too.
I have had patients with Lupus mention issues with surgical dressings and tape too.
