Drunk/dizzy feeling 24/7 for over a year now, can someone help?

I am 22 years old, have always been quite healthy with my diet and have work a physical for the last 5years so in some what good shape. I have Never struggled with my mental or physical heath until now.

It all started just over a year go when I started having symptoms of dizziness/ drunk feeling for a short period of time then it would go away, this happened over a few weeks on and off. Then travelling back from work it came on and didn't go away so once I got home I went to sleep to reset but when I woke this tipsy feeling through my vision was still there and this feeling hasn't gone for over a year. The dizzy spells before this constant tipsy feeling did effect my balance but the constant tipsy feeling now is just through my vision. My vision has not gone back to normal since, some factors such as tiredness and being hungover can make the vision worse but for the most time it's just this constant high/tipsy vision 24/7. I'm not ever off balanced or feeling like I'm going to fall over, doesn't make my head spin or make the room spinning feeling, there no certain position which makes it worse that Iv noticed, no sudden change of environment that seems to make it worse. The only thing I have noticed is walking around long distances I notice it more than standing still which makes sense and if I start to get abit anxious about it it enhances the feeling slightly, so when I'm not thinking about it and taking my mind off it all I do feel slightly better but it's still there and doesn't go away still.

** What I have done so far to try fix it**

-I first got an eye test and they said they were all good.

-then went to the doctors who referred me to ENT specialist who had me do exercises but the feeling still didn't go or change at all.

-Also went through over possible causes and had a CT scan and ECG put on which came back normal.

-After this I went private to another ENT specialist who did some tests on me and thought i could have infected/harmed my vestibular system and said I could have labyrinthitis or vestibular migraines as I had been having some headaches at times. He put me on stemetil, betahistine dihydrochloride and cyclizine hydrochloride over some weeks upper the dozes as the weeks went on to see if it helped (it didn't change anything)

-Then had a MRI scan and went to a neurologist who said it was fine and also examined me, one thing that stood out to him was he got me to close my eyes and match on the spot for a minute with my arms out to see if I would stay in the same spot and I ended up moving around the room a lot and span around 180 and then back the other way abit.

-after this I went to a physiotherapist who did physical tests on me to test my balance, after few weeks she told me she didn't think it was my vestibular system as I had no struggle with my balance.

For a long time i have had back pains and do go to a chiropractor so thinking that may be a path to maybe follow?

Also, not sure if to go down the path to look more into my eyes?

I am not sure where to go from here and it is effecting my life as i just want to go back to feeling normal. If anyone has any ideas i would appreciate it alot thank you.
