First i would have my ears checked because they can trigger half of your symptoms...ie..blocked, off balance etc.them i would see a specialist about my stomach as a bad stomach flora can cause the other symptoms.

Fibromyalgia is a long shot....start small and rule out before jumping into that fire.. loose stools and no stool at all just undigested food doesnt sound like fibromyalgia to me.

If you're suffering from balance problems it could be vertigo - this can make you feel off balance and very sick. I would see your G.P. Good luck

thansk for reply G.P. stand for should i go to ENT Deparment ?

yes, to the ENT doctor for possible vertigo.  It's pretty common and many get it.  There is a medication to take that will help subside the symptoms.  Good luck

Get an upper endoscapy and a gastric emptying test from a GI. Go to a neurologist, too.

    Hi nasir ~

I've suffered from chronic nausea and just read a different discussion and they told me to go to youtube and check out the Epley Manuver so I did that.  I do believe the problem could be a form of vertigo so you would need to see your ENT.  My problem I believe is a form of vertigo.  My left ear is always blocked and sometimes my nose is blocked and I never thought in my wildest dreams about vertigo but after reading and seeing the Epley Manuver, I think my problem is solved!!! Hopefully, yours will be too.

    Good luck
