Dry/flaky sore eyelid

I've been suffering with dry flaky sore eyelids for a few months on and off my left eye more than the right they'll get better for a while and then get bad again, my eye have also been itchy also my dr gave me some eye drops and epiderm for my eyelids as she thought me rubbing my eyes had irritated my eyelids but they've gotten worse in the few days I've been using them. Not sure what to do next, any advice would be greatimage
