Sorry don't have a problem with the hair - haven't got any smile  but I do find my skin is very dry since starting Mr Fred and use doublebase.

Hi Jackie. I had the same probs with ahir & skin. I had my hair cut really short & just used leave in conditioners & its fine now. My skin I used the oils they recommend for scars etc & used it morning & night & that does help.

Miy hair is dry, my sister said it looked thicked???  I do get little white milia on my skin, several on my face. I choose not to lance them since the healing process takes so long and all the redness it would result in.  I have products rec. by my dermatologist (Effeclar by Roche-Posay), OTC.  It helps.

Oh, yes, for me it did. I lost most of hair on my head and most of body hair. It's coming in now, but dry and lifeless!  But I feel SO much better, AND WIGS ARE FUN AND EASY, AND MAKE ME FEEL BETTER!

    Hi Jackie

My hair is a bit thinner and a little more dry. The worst hair loss I'm having is my eyebrows. The outer half is very scarce and I'm trying different products to create new eyebrows. Ugh....

Has your thyroid function been checked? Disappearing outer halves of eyebrows is typical! Mind you - my brows also became very slender!!!!!! The good news is that they have improved again though.

      Hi Eileen,

Thank you for the suggestion......and yes, my thyroid is fine. My doctor said he didn't know of reasons this is happening so I assume it's just another of my PMR/prednisone side effects.  hopefully my eyebrows will regrow once this is over.
