Hello new here but for a while now my lips have always felt dry and kinda chapped and I have this kinda different color that comes on my bottom lips and then if I lick it and wipe it goes away then it comes back a few min later i don’t know what it could be I have tried lip balm from local Walmart but it doesn’t help I took a pic but seems like I can’t upload on here
