    Bert, it will subside.

    Recommendation for now:

    Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and tobacco

Avoid salty or spicy foods and increase amount of fruit in your diet

Drink plenty of water, preferably by frequent sipping throughout the day

Promote saliva production by chewing sugarless gum like our xylitol chewing gum, XyliGum.

Practice proper oral hygiene. Brush and floss your teeth at least twice a day, and keep up with regular dentist appointments.

I don't drink smoke or use hardly any caffeine. I see a dentist every 6 months. I hate fruit lol. Now why the dentist and the fruit and the caffeine, I don't want anything to happen to my teeth, I would be so upset. ?? I know I was on buspar and I could not have grapefruit, is there a reaction???
