Dry mouth, blocked ears & phlegm

For about a year if not more i have had a constant dry mouth. I tend to drink around 3 litres of water (with blackcurrant squash) throughout the day but i never feel hydrated.
My ears have been bad for about the same time, i noticed it more whilst flying regularly about 10 months ago and i couldn’t hear in one ear for about 2 days. I used liquid to remove wax but again they don’t feel 100% and i can pop them whenever i want by just holding my nose and breathing.
Each morning and night i clear my throat with phlegm and throughout the day i can feel it building up in my throat.
I have had hay fever since i was born and from a young age i had uncontrollable streaming of the eyes and nose but in recent years it has improved significantly and only on rare occasions this summer did i have itchy eyes and a blocked nose during the day.
In general i feel very run down and not 100%, i have been to the doctors and had blood tests for sjogren’s syndrome & diabetes but everything is fine. I am generally healthy, exercise 3 times a week and have correct bmi for my age.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to a solution or anything that can help?
Thanks in advance.

Guess you should probably take a look in the mirror and see how terrible your life is.

Hi
Did you ever find out anymore about your symptoms and what it could be?
I have something pretty similar, although a lot of the time I just have a dry mouth and can't produce proper phlegm... my ears seem to be constantly blocked though.
My symptoms tend to be a lot worse after a few nights drinking. I'm literally run down and I'll with all these things for about 5 days after a big night out. Also really struggle to sleep which probably makes everything else worse...
Anyway, if you found out anything else I'd appreciate to hear about it.
Thanks

You might try coconut oil for dry mouth. Try the unrefined (refined has the taste removed and it's awful). Swish and spit several times a day.
