Dry mouth for a few weeks, tongue webbing and base of mouth sore (aching)

37/m, vape & drink frequently (4-6 cans 2-3 times a week)

I have been suffering with a dry mouth for a few weeks now, all day every day. This has caused mouth ulcers and now I have a few blood blisters on my cheek.

I am drinking plenty of water and started taking a multivitamin (couple of days ago)

I have IBS but I am otherwise healthy.

Can anyone help with what this could be?
