dry mouth/too much saliva, small air bubbles under tongue

For the past couple of weeks, I've noticed it has become a bit difficult to speak due to a mixture of reasons. I have done a lot of research and I can't tell whether I have too much saliva, or dry mouth. It seems like an odd mixture of both. I normally breathe through my nose, even though sometimes I feel like breathing through my mouth helps a little. I'm not on any medications, I'm 25, and don't have any medical issues. I usually only drink water. My main problem is, when i speak, little air bubbles get caught under my tongue and pop. almost sounds like rice crispies. I have been trying to figure out what is causing this, and have been trying to speak differently so that I can retify it but haven't found anything that works. I do think that I have post nasal drip, and that also doesn't help my swallowing issues. I don't currently have insurance and can't afford to pay on my own, but if it gets worse I know that may be my only option. There is no pain, mostly just frustration from feeling like I can't talk properly. I have tried chewing sugar free gum to help with the saliva flow, which I think does help some but I'm not much of a gum chewer. So, my main problems are the tiny bubbles and a lot of mouth noise when talking, and problems swallowing. Often when I swallow, I feel like not much is going down my throat and it's just kind of sitting at the back.
