If it's not causing you any discomfort, I'm sure it's nothing to worry about. The surface of your foreskin may have lost some of its natural ability to absorb water. Emollients are available over the counter from your local chemist. There are two kinds: creams and ointments. Ointments are suitable for dry skin. A photo of your foreskin would be helpful, but I fully understand if that's not possible.
However, I do advise you to seek expert advice. You say you can't visit a doctor at the moment, but what you can do is go to a chemist shop and ask to speak the the pharmacist, explaining your problem. He or she will be able and willing to help.
I wish you well.

Thanks a lot, but I am just 27, why would this happen at this age. I can sent u the picture but where can I send it to? I don't see an option in this forum. May be with the picture you will be able to identify what exactly the problem is.
Thanks,
Jerin

I would also like to mention that I had these itchy rashes on the penis foreskin a month back and a skin doctor advised me to use keto-b ointment. Those rashes over the foreskin is gone but I still use it as I feel itchy towards the starting of the penis. Hope it will be cured soon.I don't know if this change is part of it.
Thanks

First, when you send a message you will see four squares at the top right of the message box. Each square has a purpose. If you click on the fourth square you can upload an image.
At 27 you're an adult with adult issues. I'm not qualified to offer sound medical advice, but I'm twice your age and can use my experience in life to answer some questions. If the Keto-b cream has helped you with foreskin rashes, that's good. And there may be some connection between that and your dry foreskin. But please don't take my word for it.
Your really do need to seek advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Is it just your foreskin that's dry, or also the skin on your penis shaft?

From the photos you sent, it's clear that your dry skin is majorly on your foreskin and a little way up your shaft. I suggest that you do purchase an ointment (not a cream) from a local chemist. If you can't see what you need, just ask one of the assistants for a dry-skin ointment. You don't need to explain what it's for.
Use this daily for about a week. If it seems to be helping, then keep it up. It won't do you any harm and it may be just what you need!
If this doesn't help then you must see a doctor.
Can you tell me where you live?

But do you feel that this is just a dry skin. Even I feel I have to visit a doctor soon. Is there any better cream or ointment than keto-b for itching in that area.

Possibly Fucidin ointment because it worked very well for me when my scrotum was very itchy with dry skin which flaked off every ttime a scratched it. But there were sores too, which 'wept' and the cream was really to treat them. However, the itchy dry skin disappeared too!
So if you can find Fucidin at your local chemist, give it a try.
