Dry pimple/ bump below the head of penis

i started noticing this pimple looking thing a few months ago and i haven't paid much attention to it since recently i saw that the pimple is drying off and is not kind of black and feels like it is about to peel off.

Additionally I have noticed a white pimple just above the pee hole. This does not hurt when i touch it and I am worried it this is from over mastrubation over the past few weeks.

I am creating this post to see if anyone else has experienced anything similar.

i am uncircumcised and have not been sexually active in over 4 months
