Drink water. Moisturizes you from the inside out and I've heard anything with Shea Butter, Coconut oil, and Olive oil  helps. Gold Bond rough and bumpy skin lotion helps too.

If you are in the US you can get it at Walmart or any drug store. If you're outside the US you may have to order it on Amazon.

Hi, I take fish oil, vitamin e and evening primrose oil supplements and also drink lots of water like Juanita says. I use the body shop Shea body butter all over as it's really thick and moisturising and seems to moisturise all day. I put extra on at night. I also have trouble with dry skin because of my thyroid and menopause. These things help but don't stop the problem completely 🙂

Hi do you just take vitamin e on its own I know certain supplements you can't take with thryoxine what does vitamin e look after so anything with Shea butter is good then

      thanks 😊

Hi yes I take them as a capsule with the other vitamins. But e helps the skin amongst other things. I don't take anything with soya in as this can make the thyroid worse. Yes shea butter is really good or cocoa butter. They are really thick and moisturising and don't contain the petroleum.🙂

    Hi

I use  E45 hand wash it has a pump dispenser, also go to boots and look at all the lotions / creams etc, that are used for eczema, these leave a barrier on the skin.

    Are you in Liverpool.
