Dry skin on Penis photo

what does this look like it can be . This happend after a night of oral sex and unprotected sex. This dry has Going on for about a month. Can you notice the dry parts

    I don't think there's anything to worry about there, but you could try Canesten cream to see if that makes the dry patches go away.  Personally, I wouldn't see a doctor, but if you do, please let us know what they say.

    I went to a clinic and a hospital and got advice from doctors online they are saying some kind of fungal infection. All recommendations said fungal cream and keep it clean.
