Dry Skin patches around shaft and head

I have been noticing dry skin on the shaft of my penis for about 2 months now and over time it just left a white patch (notice the white patches on the shaft).There has been no discharge or anything, just dry flaky skin. I have felt no pain from it, just very concerned. Today I noticed the dry flaky skin on my head. Does anyone know what exactly this is and how to treat it?image

    its some kind of skin related problem some coconut oil would help with the dryness yeast and eczema can also cause skin to flake off like that its better to see a doctor for the correct cream sometimes it just clear up by its self avoid using soaps that can dry out the skin and use just water or a mild baby soap and avoid tight underwear

    There doesn't seem to be anything strange but are you circumcised by any chance?

    I am and have a very similar issue.
