been having dry skin and white patches lately.
sexually active with one partner, do not wear condoms. They dont itch or anything just want to see if I should be concerned or not.

you should monitor your condition and see am expert.
if it is a kind of lichen then you might need steroid cream and if it is this then it should be dealt with asap.
