Dry, wrinkly and sticky glans

Hey, I am 21 years old and have been struggling with dry glans for some years.

I'm circumcised, but only on my third week post op. At the beginning of 2020 I was diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosus and the foreskin used to be very very tight, and the skin of the glans extremely dry, wrinkly and sticky whenever precum showed up. But with sticky, I don't mean good-pleasurable sticky, it's a sticky that requires more and more lube cause it dries up so quickly that causes a discomfort sensation. The dermatologist who diagnosed me prescribed hydrocortisone 1%, which didn't work but kept the area moist and with no wrinkles. Truth is I should have stopped applying it for periods of time, but the pandemic arrived and stopped me from seeing her or any doctors for months, I live in Argentina and we've been having one of the longest lockdowns of the world. So I used it for 5 months straight, and my condition kept on bothering me.

The circumcision fixed the tight foreskin and I feel relieved, but the dry and sticky sensation is still on. Should I leave it more exposed to air so as to encourage its keratinization and process of it getting more rough and resistant?

On the other hand, recently I was prescribed the cream Cicaplast Baume B5 by La Roche Posay, to treat dryness in the scrotum area and in the lips. This soothing and repairing balm did wonders for me, should I apply it to the glans? I also have considered about applying some coconut oil on the area, should that help my condition of dry and sticky glans?

I used hydrocortisone from march to august? can I still fix whatever this overuse has caused? do you know if the cicaplast can be a proper moisturizer for the glans?

I would use some moisturisers once or twice a day E45 or Cerave are good but if you are concerned about it you should talk to the dermatologist again
