Dual tray air fryers...

Simply put, can I dedicate one drawer of a brand new air fryer to my coeliac wife and use the other for myself (non coeliac)?

To clarify, the drawers are side by side and are controlled independently.

There is precious little information on this question regarding the newer dual drawer/ zone/ tray format air fryers. All articles I have managed to find only concern the single ones.

Any help would be gratefully received.

P.s. we already share a fan oven and take precautions to minimise the risk of contamination.
