Dull ache in right testicle

About 3-4 days ago, I woke up with pain in my right testicle. After sitting up the pain died down but for the past couple of days I have had an ache in my right testicle, as well as directly above my right testicle in between my leg and my bladder . Its not severe but it is uncomfortable and Ive been treating it as a trauma as I believe I laid on it in my sleep by mistake. There is no swelling, no change in appearance, no discoloration, absolutely no other symptoms in my body besides this dull ache. It isnt excrutiating but it is present and annoying. Ive put a stop to masturbation for fear of painful ejaculation. Medical care is very expensive where I live so any somewhat-diagnosis will save me thousands at a GP. Any possibilities?

    Did you commit unprotected sex? if yes then go to doctor must. you have infection.
