dull chest pain occasionally

Hi , i have been to hospital , did ecg , angiogram , heart ultrasound , stress test and other heart tests and all resulted that i am healthy and no heart problems but syrangely i still suffer from this dull pain in my chest as if somebody is squeezing me and taking my strength . This happens almost every time i play tennis then i rest for about 10 mins and can continue playing without any more pain . Sounds weird but it does not happen when i go for a bike ride or do jogging . Any suggestions are welcome...

    Sometimes GORD (or GERD in US) with oesophageal spasm can feel like that. Have they tried you on acid supression with PPIs?

      Hi i made some research on this condition and it seems very similar to mine . Will talk to my gp about . Thanks for your help

    Hi

    I was a tennis player for 40 years. Tennis stresses you more because of the sudden starts and stopps and you have to move faster than when you jog or on the bike unless you do these compatitively. A sports doctor could prescribe a tougher stress test to compare it to the stress when playing tennis.

      Well said bob , tennis is much more stressful so have to try a more aggressive test . Thanks mate
