Dull liver feeling

Hello,

im 25yo 63kg/180cm.

I am drinking since 4 years. Since then i am regulary on daily basis drinking about 3 units of alcochol ( 30grams) a day in good wine or whisky, about an hour or two before sleep. These are measured amounts, i am calculating how much i am pouring to not exceed 30grams a day.

Once a month on a party i am consuming up to 5 units.

It the amount that will cause my liver to some serious problems? I am having some dull feeling around place where liver is, ultrasound shows healthy liver, also blood tests are good.
