Dull pain in right testicle.

Hello everyone,

I have this problem where I have this mild dull pain(sometimes sharp) in my right testicle. I have had an ultrasound and everything seemed normal, No torsion or epididymitis. I have tested on HIV, Syphilis, Gonnorhea and Chlamydia and everything came out negative. Any idea what the cause might be? It is starting to drive me crazy and this discomfort is very unpleasant and it is happening more and more often.

    ive had this before in my mid teens. got an ultra sound and found an infection. took antibiotics that cleared it up
