this is probably going to sound crazy but i throughout of the day i keep getting dull stabbing pains throughout my body, not all at the same time - its like its alternating.

ive had it in both hands/fingers, shins, thighs, back of legs and in my temples.

i dont feel ill and i havent injured myself.

ive googled this and ive not seen any results.

im not on any new medication.

does anyone know what this could be?

Are you in a cold country,or just feel the cold a lot? It could be your bodys reaction to being cold. If you are in a cold climate do make sure you wear warm gear.

It could be the start of flu, although you say you dont feel ill.

It could be a form of rheumatism which can affect any age. Also made worse by being cold.

Also your symptoms could just be anxiety...are you an anxious person? or tense and worried about something?

If these pains get worse you should see a doctor.
