dull/strong pain on the left upper quadrant of abdomen - specifically on the side but also back

Hello everyone
I thank u for reading my post
I have this dull pain that starts on the side of my rib-cage (inside though, not on muscular level) right after i eat. The pain eradicates to my back but its mostly concentrated to the left side of my ribcage from the central part all the way to under my ribcage.
I am quiet worried. Do you think it may be ulcer? acid reflux? colon problems?

i also want to add that the pain is almost there all day, it just gets intensified when i eat. It's a pressure like feeling but it can feel like a burn as well

Possibly a hiatus hernia, ask your doctor for an endoscopy.

You may have gastritis and IBS together. Ribcage pain is common with gastritis which can cause back pain. IBS can cause these symptoms too. Try a food diary to find out your food triggers. Try not to worry about it though because worry will make these flare ups worse. Staying calm will help to control these symptoms. My IBS was in constant flare up when it first started because I was constantly stressed and worried. When I stopped worrying, my symptoms got better. Try not to speculate on what you might have. Instead, keep going back to your doctor who will give you an accurate diagnosis and treatment. See as many doctors as you can and ask for more tests.

Talk to your pharmacist. There are various remedies available without a prescription. If no relief within a reasonable time seek medical help.
