Dull Testicle Pain, What treatment should i use?

Hey, I'm a 13 year old boy and currently going through puberty. Just a day ago i was fine, i was doing my daily exercises and was keeping myself healthy. After finishing my daily routine i sat on my bed and rested for a bit. After that i felt a dull pain in my left testicle and it was not that painful, I went to sleep and went to school but when i came back home my right testicle had a bit of discomfort. The pain was dull and it didn't share symptoms with things that are severe like testicular torsion. The Dull pain was now in my right testicle, i can move freely but it still feels like something is there when it's not really that painful. I've taken medicine for it and am waiting for the results.

If possible i would love if a doctor or anyone else that knows about testicular pain answer me, Thank you for reading this.
