Duloxetine 60 mg withdrawal advice.

My wife has been on Duloxetine 30 mg for 3 weeks followed by 60 mg for the last 5 weeks for GAD. her depression and anxiety has eased slightly but she continues to get side effects i.e. agitation when waking in the mornings, stomach shakes after taking the 60 mg at breakfast followed by intrusive thoughts, sweats, dry mouth, blurred vision and at times she goes rather red. Gradually during the day these symptoms ease slightly. She does sleep well. She wishes to come off this drug at the first opportunity. What is the best way of doing this? Has anyone any success stories of withdrawing from this medicine Please and at what rate?
