Beginning of 2022, I've been diagnosed for a Hipoglicemie episodes that could be related to stress. I have Family history of diabetes type 1, 2 and a hipoglikemie. A year after I start to suffering with tachycardia, fatness, dizziness, sweating so I went to doctor. I've done Blood test and echocardiogram. However all test was normal. I've Been direct to Endocrinologist who also done all test from Blood. He said that I might have Dumping syndrome. I'm wondering if is possible if I never had stomach problem or surgery? It's been two months from my last appointment and my symptoms got worse. I'm suffering with tachycardia, sweating, low blood pressure about 30 minutes after meal and then I got pain around bellybutton also low sugar symptoms about 3 hours after meal. I'm getting very aggressive if I can't eat, I can't stand feeling hungry. Sometimes I'm having something like stomach, bowels cramp strong enough to make me lose conciseness. I'm not vomiting but gaging.
