Duxetine For Neuropathic Pain.

Posted , 2 users are following.

I've swapped from Citalapram to Duloxetine with advice from a pain management doctor here in the UK as he said it would help with the bad neuropathic pain I have in my hands and feet (type II diabeti). I've been taking 60mg of it for two weeks but I'm in agony and can't sleep. How long does it take to start working or does it work for that at all? Thanks Claire.

    Hi Claire

sorry to hear that you are in such pain.

please telephone the doctor who prescribed it for you and check how long it is supposed to take before you feel any benefit.

And to check that you are taking it correctly.

    best wishes
