DVT 15 months ago now this, what do you think?

I am an eighteen year old girl. August last year i suffered from an extensive deep vein thrombosis which was from my hip to my toe. i was put on Rivaroxaban for 6 months. the diagnosis was likely provoked by the hormonal pill which i am not on now. also i had tests for palindromic arthritis however nothing. that was over a year go

this is now

A couple of days ago i felt a sharp pain behind my upper hamstring which overnight has travelled behind my knee. i have been given Tin Sodium injections for 3 days to prevent a clot if present. i will insert a picture of my knee. its sore and achy however nothing compared to my first deep vein thrombosis.

opinions are welcome. thank you.

also i am an extremely fit and healthy young women with no other issues.
