my INR score keeps dropping for no apparent reason been on warfarin now since January upped my dose to 14mg daily my leg is swollen too dont seem to get any answers from clinic i attend

The main thing I was told was to walk at least 10 min a day, and have my leg elevated the rest of the time, whenever I sit or lie down.
Also stay away from green veg as they are high in vitamin k which actually helps blood to thicken, and this plays havoc with your INR.
And make sure that u take the warfarin at EXACTLY the same time every day.
I hope that helps. I'm hoping to be off my warfarin by June, but even by sticking to the above my INR also tends to be on the low side. It is extremely sensitive so who knows.

I ended up with a PE despite my INR being 5.7 so I follow the instructions I was given very closely. Rather safe than sorry, so for now I will follow my Dr's orders to the letter.

i do exercise as much as possible i do swell quickly and the longer im on my feet the worse it gets. i take my warfarin at 9 pm religously got my score up to 2 at moment so fingers crossed when i go for check tomorrow its ok as been 3 weeks since last visit
