Dysfunctional Gallbladder?????

Feb 25,2018 my stomach pain started with a couple days of constipation. Then upper stomach pain started. Pretty much had no appetite. Everything i ate made my stomach hurt. Went to ER they did blood work sent me home said stomach bug.

Continued to hurt now with chest pain. Went back to ER March 9th they did blood work, ultra sound, CAT scan with contast said bilirubin was elevated 2.4% but everything else was normal. Said i possibly had Gilberts Disease, another guess lol.

Went to family Doc a week later still having chest, upper abdominal pains and back pains, also dizzy.

Hydia scan showed GB working at 4% but doc said no gallstones so they dont think thats it!!!!! So now have to wait till April 16,2018 to see a Gastro Doc.

I feel lost and confused......

When I got indigestion and chest pain I did endoscopy which came gastritis, but later I got pain on right side rib, gb was functioning at 0% confirmed by HIDA, I started to get dizziness from there on, but my bilirubin levels did not go up.

My main problem is the bloating, burping after I have meals, doctors don't have any idea if its caused by gastritis or the gallbladder, but taking out the gall bladder will only tell me which is causing the burping, bloating and indigestion. Not removed my gallbladder yet.

Your gallbladder isn’t functioning well enough so I’d think at the appointment that they’d want to remove it. They couldn’t see stones on one of my ultrasounds either but when they took the gallbladder out it showed I had chronic cholecystitis

I had constant stomach and back pain and severe nausea until the gallbladder came out. Hope you get positive news at the appointment xx
