e-cigs

Has anybody had any or know of any bad effects from e-cigs. I use the one that resembles a cigarette (not a pipe type) I feel it is OK but my daughter has concerns about it.

Hi Annann.
Do yourself a favour and just give the smokes away.!
Those things are just a replacement for what you are trying to stop. You obviously have concerns about your health and you know what the right thing to do is.!
Took me years to give the Bl#####y things up and by the time I did I only had 20% lung capacity. I am now almost 74 and I am sure you really don't want to end up like many of us on this forum.
Small amounts of physical efforts and we can be fighting for breath.
Take the bull by the horns and commit to quiting is the best and only advise I can give you.
I am sorry if this is not what you want to hear, but there is no other way.
Try and stay fit and healthy and excercise when you can. It all helps.
E-Cigs WONT.
I wish you well and good luck.

What is the point of packing up smoking, then using them awful things, just as bad in my opinion, throw it away, you don't need it
