E COLI ON VAGINA????

Hello since 2 months ago I have been dealing with white discharge, white vulva skin , rash and bumps. I went to my gyno and prescribed me for thrush but the treatment didn't work. She sended me to do a Vaginal Culture and the results were E.Coli on vagina and was Negative for any other STDs, BV, candida, etc. The thing is that she prescribed me with antibiotics and I was doing totally fine but after finishing the treatment, the white discharge came back and my skin turned whitish again.

I am a very clean person I clean well and I don't practice anal sex. I have had sex without protection, the question is, is there a possibility i Infected my boyfriend then he is infecting me all over again?

If you experience the same please let me know:(! (here in the picture you can see it is weird looking and way too witish, it wasn't like this before my skin was very pink and clear)

answering your question regarding re infection , the answer to that is yes, you could be reinfecting yourselves. you should both be treated with antibiotics at the same time. i have however never heard of Ecoli in the vagina. something for everybody to be aware of .

it is very common for bad cleaning habits and anal sex. Also there are no symptoms sometimes and people think it is normal, but thank you! i am just ashamed of letting him know i didn't clean correctly or something like that 😦
