Each few years I'm getting high temperature (41-43.7Cel / 105.8-110.66Fah). Recurring temperature?

The first time (which I remember) was when I was around 8/9, temperature(don't know what temperature i have had),chills e.t.c. My mother got me to the hospital, but the doctor said that everything seems alright(or something similar). I was a sickly child, so no one really paid attention to that occurrence. I have got a smaller(41cel) but still obviously similar one when i was 11/12. And the last time I have had this temperature shot was in age of 15. I have forgot to mention but the temperature shots lasts for whole 24 hours.

Yeah I'm hitting my breast because i have stayed at home with this temperature(at the age of 15), but for my defence, 1. I was alone at home 2.It was more important to me to survive than to care about finding my phone(or going anywhere).

So like I mentioned it lasted for around 24 hours, the lowest temperature was around 41.0 cel (from 3am to 6am and 10 pm to 12 pm), 42.5 (from 6am to 10am and 7pm to 10pm), 43.4(from 10am to 7pm)

I was using "ice" and painkillers beacuse of which my temperature could get lower, but for majority of time it was around 43.0 cel). The most i have got checked was 43.7cel.

Dizziness, loss of conscious(each 20-40 minutes), chills.

The thing is that right now i'am nearly 18, because of which I'am bracing for another occurrence(in which if my conscious allows i will go to doctor). So because of this bracing i'am searching for some advice in this field.
