The ear is sore inside it's not blocked or no fluid coming. The doctor said i have an ear infection and give me 1 week off antibiotics this was a few months ago now the pain inside ear is back

There are several causes of ear pain or "otalgia". If it's not due to the ear itself, you will have to look for some possible causes - such as - toothache, Temporomandibular joint disorders, cervical spine problems and unspecified neuralgia.
