Ear and head problems / ringing in ears

Since before Christmas i have had whooshing in my ears like a pulse (not constant)

Also have constant ringing. Headaches, intermittent ear pain. Ears feel full almost as if they need emptying. History of sinus problems. Was diagnosed with high blood pressure around Christmas but that is now pretty good. When googling obviously only bad and sinister things come up. Could it be sinus related or something else?
