Ear and lower throat discomfort

Hello! My names Jess. 30 years old. Usually I would go see my doctor or to a clinic with any issues, but with covid19 I'm a little nervous to do that. So I'm resorting to this and hoping someone can help me out 😃 I would prefer responses from licensed health care professionals, or from anyone who has experienced something similar, thankyou. For the past few weeks I've been having trouble with my right ear and lower throat. The ear discomfort I'm feeling is subtle most of the time, mainly just annoying. Sometimes there's a slight ache/pain, or pain in my inner ear from laying on it...but most of the time it's just an odd sensation that I feel. Feels like my inner ear may be blocked, or inflamed, or something along those lines...it's hard to describe, but there are no hearing issues, and no ringing in the ears. These inner ear symptoms I'm having are very mild, and somedays almost non existent...it comes and goes. My throat discomfort is more constant. It's near the middle of my lower throat, slightly to the right, above where my collar bone begins. When I'm swallowing food, especially foods that don't go down as easily, when it hit's that spot in my throat it's uncomfortable and slightly sore. No sharp pains, and there's no trouble actually swallowing, it's just uncomfortable for me in that one spot. Also, none of these symtoms are accompanied with anything else. I have no fever, no cold, nothing. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? And do you think I should see a doctor? I will also add indicate here that I do not smoke, and rarely drink. I do have Crohn's disease, which is an auto immune disorder. other then that my health is fine. this has been going on for about 3 weeks
