Ear Apple Cider Vinegar drops issue

The first couple times I did this it worked out very well. I did one part ACV with one part water. My ear is still wet inside from the last time I did this. When I first did it my ear would dry up in a day or two. But this time it's been a week and I still know there's wetness in there because when I wake up in the morning and walk around I can feel the cold wind hit the inside of my ear. Also when I lay down on my right side since the issue is only with my right ear, I can feel very slow movement. I'm not having any pain or anything, it's just bothersome. I can't find anywhere online about apple cider vinegar taking forever to evaporate from within the ear so I decided to make a post myself about it and see if anybody can shed some light on this as to why this is happening. I also did irrigate my ear after I did the drops so I suspect maybe I pushed it too far? I don't know. It's really annoying though. If anybody can help I'd appreciate it
