Ear blocked but Tympanograms look GREAT

hello all! just wanted to see if anyone else can relate and have some advice?!

Ive been having a feel if fullness in my left ear for about 3 weeks now! i get referred to an ENT and it was stated Tympanograms clear, ear looks "perfect". As he is checking my nose, he states "non specified allergic rhinitis, unspecified seasonality, unspecified trigger; Hypertrophy of inferior nasal turbinate; and Nasal septal deviation. He says ill be fine and goes about his day! i think i was in shock bc I feel nothing was addressed. Currently Ive been doing flonase and now taking sudafed per my GP. not only do i have this fullness sensation in my ear but now my neck feels heavy, and shoulder hurts. i do have hypothyroidism as well just to throw that in there! any gems to share?

    I AM KIND OF THE SAME BOAT... I also get dizzy.... do you get dizziness? My ENT said allergies.... but the allergist says it's from acid reflux, do you have acid reflux?
