okay so it might be me and my paranoia but, when i insert my finger inside my ear there's this small lump, its not hard nor soft but im scared it might be cancer. no any other symptoms.
am i dying?

There's absolutely nothing you can see there, except that you clean your ears well. All kidding aside, see a doctor if you think something is wrong with you.
The ear is very sensitive, so don't keep trying to examine the inside of the ear cavity by yourself. You might get hurt.
